Army Corps of Engineers

VLS was awarded a contract to provide the Army Corps of Engineers with property management, field services maintenance, asset management and property marketing off all properties purchased by the United States government under the Homeownership Assistance Program (HAP). The HAP is a government program designed to alleviate the under hardship associated with selling a residential property, in an adversely impacted market. The properties that are to be managed and sold are government-owned properties acquired through the HAP.
